PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food serving apparatus capable of sanitarily and efficiently serving food to a plurality of customers by moving the food with the use of a water stream. SOLUTION: The food serving apparatus 1 for serving the food to the customers by the movement with the water stream includes: a water flow gutter 2 for moving the food; and a plurality of catchers 3 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the water flow gutter 2 so as to catch food flowing in the water flow gutter 2. The catchers 3 are arranged so as to be freely changeable between a catching attitude for catching the food flowing in the water flow gutter and a discharging attitude for discharging the caught food toward the side part of the water flow gutter.
