PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging device that enables hair washing and scalp massaging easily, effectively, and surely. SOLUTION: In this massaging device 1, a treating section 3 has a body plate 4 formed of a flexible material and a plurality of protrusions 5-7 intersecting the surface of the body plate 4 and protruding downwardly. A massaging device main body 2 has a reciprocal drive mechanism 12 that deflects the body plate 4 vertically. The small protrusions 27 smaller than protrusions 7 are provided on the surface 4S of the body plate, and communicating portions 22 communicating the interior with the exterior are provided inside the small protrusions 27. A containing portion 26 for shampoo L that is communicated with the communicating portions 22 is provided between the massaging device main body 2 and the body plate 4. The shampoo L is applied inside the small protrusions 27 with the surface of the body plate 4S facing upwardly, and is supplied to the containing portion 26 by the communicating portions 22. The shampoo L infiltrating in the containing portion 26 is whipped correspondingly to the deflection of the body plate 4 while being supplied from the communicating portions 22 to perform hair washing and scalp massaging.
