PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld wire loader capable of smoothly taking out weld wires and feeding them to a weld part without entangling them even if a weld wire is sprung out from between a holding plate and a wire laminate, when continuously using weld wires that are stored in a plurality of pail vessels. SOLUTION: A weld wire loader having a pail pack 1, in which weld wires are laminated in a loop form, and having a disk-like holding plate 4, which is placed on the top end part of a wire laminate 9, is used to pull out a starting edge part 7 of a weld wire from the inside of the holding plate when using the weld wires. A notched part 10 is formed at a part of the outer periphery of the holding plate. An ending edge part 6 of the laminated weld wire is guided along the inner wall surface of the pail pack, pulled out from an inside 5 of the holding plate through under the part of the holding plate, where the notched part is formed, and fixed to the upper part of the inner wall surface of the pail pack.
