A thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided that contains 1 to 20 parts by weight of component (E), wherein the thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided by a process for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition including the steps of: (1) dynamically heat treating 5 to 25 parts by weight of component (A), 10 to 70 parts by weight of component (B), 3 to 25 parts by weight of component (C), and 10 to 70 parts by weight of component (D) in the presence of a crosslinking agent to obtain a mixture, wherein component (A) is a polypropylene resin, component (B) is an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber, component (C) is a hydrogenated vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene block copolymer, component (D) is a mineral oil, component (E) is an inorganic filler having an aspect ratio of at least 2, and the total amount of components (A) to (D) is 100 parts by weight.
