The housing (1) has retaining clip (10-12) provided in an outer surface of a housing body (2), where the clips fix the housing to a vehicle body. A cable guide-through area (5) surrounds a bundle of electrical cables or wires and stays in connection with an internal circuit in the body. The area is defined between the clips and an outer surface of the housing. The cable bundle is guided-out from the housing and is inserted into the area. The clips are provided with a passage opening in order to pull-out an adhesive belt, which fixes with the cable bundle.
