The invention relates to a device for dispensing pressurised tanks, that comprises a closing valve (26), a pressure regulator (27) having two preset pressure setpoint values, a control member (28) acting simultaneously on the valve and on the pressure regulator, a gas outlet at the pressure regulated by the pressure regulator (27). The control member (28) is controlled by a control lever (3), has a first nominal position (P1), a second stop position (P2), and a third reserve position (P3), and is capable of controlling both the position of the closing valve (26) and the position of the pressure regulator (27). The invention also relates to a continuous-service gas dispensing facility and to a method for replacing a set of tanks.
