A cross-section restoration method of concrete structure is provided to stably secure the long-term adhesive force of the concrete recovery layer, and to secure shock resistance, chemical resistance, and adhesive force. A cross-section restoration method of concrete structure is composed of the surface treatment step(S100) of removing impurities and deteriorated cross-section of the surface of the concrete structure, the step(S200) of installing an adhesive reinforcement pin on the treated surface of the concrete structure, the step(S300) of applying mortar for concrete cross-section restoration on the surface of the concrete structure in which the adhesive reinforcement pin is installed, the step(S400) of curing the mortar layer for concrete cross-section restoration, the step(S500) of applying antifouling coating agent on the cured mortar layer for concrete cross-section restoration.
