<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell voltage inspection device with safety and reliability improved as compared with a prior art, and capable also of responding to request for downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: The cell voltage inspection device 30 is provided with a VCO31-m connected between cells 2 of a fuel battery 1, and a spectrum analyzer 32 measuring frequency signals near an intermediate potential of the fuel battery 1. Each VCO31-m oscillates signals of frequencies in accordance with inputted voltages, and the signals (frequency signals) are superposed on the cell voltage. The spectrum analyzer 32 measures frequency signals superposed on the cell voltage on which the frequency signals are superposed to find a relation between the frequency and signal strength, which is outputted to a control part 40. The control part 40 determines existence of cell abnormalities based on measurement results outputted from the spectrum analyzer 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
