<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing magnesium-containing powder excellent in taste and also convenient for portable use or intake. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing magnesium-containing powder comprises a process of mixing water with organic acid to produce a first mixture liquid, a process of mixing low-soluble or water-insoluble magnesium salt with the first mixture liquid to produce a second mixture liquid, a process of mixing glycine with the second mixture liquid to produce a magnesium-containing liquid, and a process of subjecting the magnesium-containing liquid to vacuum dry so as to be formed into a powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
