PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner seal material capable of preventing leak of toner, and having high slidability. SOLUTION: This toner seal material is prepared using a nonwoven fiber aggregate obtained by heat-treating a generated fiber web with steam of high temperature to be fused and crimped, after webbing a fiber containing a wet-heat adhesive fiber, and a composite fiber formed with phase separation structure of a plurality of resins different in heat shrinkage rates. The toner seal material is constituted of the nonwoven fiber aggregate containing the wet-heat adhesive fiber, and the composite fiber formed with the phase separation structure of the plurality of resins different in the heat shrinkage rates, bonding points of fibers fused by the wet-heat adhesive fiber are distributed substantially uniformly in an inside of the nonwoven fiber aggregate, and the composite fibers are crimped substantially uniformly with 20-200μm of average curvature radius and are crossed therein. The toner seal material is suitable for restraining leakage of the toner from both end parts of a rotary roll in an electrophotographic device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
