PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device preventing a noise caused by static electricity in a fixing part, and preventing reduction in transfer efficiency by setting grounding timing in the fixing part. SOLUTION: Switches 54, 62 are disconnected to release grounding by ground parts 53, 61, when a recording sheet is stretched over a transfer roller 4, a heat roller 5 and a nip roller 6. The switches 54, 62 are connected to be grounded by the ground parts 53, 61, when the recording sheet is not stretched over the transfer roller 4, the heat roller 5 and the nip roller 6.
