PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control mounting unit for a heat source apparatus, and a mounting structure of the vibration control mounting unit capable of effectively preventing vibration sound made by the heat source apparatus, from being transmitted to the indoor side. SOLUTION: The vibration control mounting unit for the heat source apparatus includes: a latched plate 12 connected and fixed by upper side fixing bolts; a placed plate 22 connected and fixed by lower side fixing bolts; and a main mounting plate 32 fixedly arranged through the latched plate 12 and the placed plate 22. The latched plate 12 includes a latched piece 16 fitted in the interposed state of a latching piece 36 and an elastic material 41 provided at the main mounting plate 32. The placed plate 22 includes a placed piece 25 supporting a placing piece 46 provided at the main mounting plate 32, from below in the interposed state of a vibration control elastic material 51, and freely forms forced push-up of the main mounting plate 32 side by bringing clearance adjusting bolts 28 liftably arranged to be screwed into the placed piece 25, into pressure contact with the placing piece 46.
