PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration isolation device having an improved structure and its operation control method, changing and controlling vibration isolation characteristics with a higher degree of freedom and preventing deterioration of vibration isolation performance by suppressing an increase in a dynamic spring constant caused by antiresonance of an orifice passage. SOLUTION: A first working air chamber 96 is provided in a vacuum actuator 72, and the first working air chamber 96 is alternatively communicated with the atmosphere and a negative-pressure source 108 by a first air pressure switching means 104, thereby switching connection/disconnection of a midfrequency orifice passage 70. A second working air chamber 136 formed on a side opposite to an auxiliary liquid chamber 128 across a pressure fluctuation absorbing wall portion 110 is alternatively communicated with the atmosphere and a negative-pressure source 150 by a second air pressure switching means 146, thereby a valve body 94 is selectively driven to switch connection/disconnection of a high-frequency orifice passage 132.
