<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool preventing size from being enlarged, improving cooling efficiency in a coil end part and suppressing an increase in manufacture cost. <P>SOLUTION: A whole stator coil bundle 27 arranged in a stator core 26 is molded by thermosetting resin. A part of a fan-side coil end part 28 near a magnetic pole end part 26A in the stator core 26 makes a shape from which a nearby equivalent part of a virtual extension line in a stator core division face, which is a part of an almost cylindrical shape, is notched. The fan-side coil end part 28 makes a shape where it gradually separates from an axial center of the stator core 26 as it comes close to an extending end of the fan-side coil end part 28 and directs a direction along an inclination part 12B of a blade 12A in a fan 12, and it makes a shape like a tip of a trumpet or a morning glory where a diameter expands with the axial center 21A of the stator core 26 as a center as it comes close to a tip of the fan-side coil end part 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
