PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide range-finding binoculars which can measure a distance to an object and is made compact without impairing basic functions of binoculars such as focus adjustment and visibility adjustment. SOLUTION: The range-finding binoculars include: a pair of optical systems having an eyepiece, an objective and an erecting prism comprising a first prism and a second prism; a beam splitter having a beam splitting surface and arranged between the first prism and the second prism; a light-emitting part for emitting a laser beam to the object; a light-receiving part on which the laser beam reflected from the object is made incident; an arithmetic calculation means for calculating the distance to the object by making the laser beam incident on the light-receiving part; a measurement result display means for displaying a result calculated by the arithmetic calculation means; and a housing which incorporates the pair of optical systems, the beam splitter, the light-emitting part, the light-receiving part, the arithmetic calculation means and the measurement result display means.
