PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid container holder which can attain improvement of an assembling efficiency and reduction of manufacturing costs by reducing the number of parts, and to provide a fluid jetting apparatus equipped with such the fluid container holder as this. SOLUTION: The cartridge holder 20 includes an attachment position to which an ink cartridge 21 storing an ink inside is attachable and detachable. At the same time, the cartridge holder 20 includes an elastic piece part 54 which brings an opening of an air introducing tube part 57 into close contact so as to enable introduction of the air to an air inlet 27 provided in the ink cartridge 21 when the ink cartridge 21 is attached to the attachment position. The elastic piece part 54 is shaped like a cantilever in which a free end side is elastically deformable with a fixed end being made a fulcrum, having the opening of the air introducing tube part 57 prepared at the free end. At the time of attachment and detachment to the attachment position, the free end side is elastically deformed making the fixed end a fulcrum when the ink cartridge 21 moves to apply a pressing force to the free end side while the air inlet 27 is brought into contact with the opening of the air introducing tube part 57.
