摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated analyzer capable of surely detecting temperature abnormality of a liquid in a reaction vessel, and a method for detecting temperature abnormality of a liquid in the reaction vessel. SOLUTION: An absorbance-temperature correlation reagent having a correlation between absorbance and temperature is successively dispensed to a reaction vessel as a specimen and a reagent, while absorbance of the absorbance-temperature correlation reagent in the reaction vessel is measured at a predetermined time. The absorbance obtained by optical measurement is converted to temperature by using a calibration curve which gives the correlation of the absorbance-temperature correlation reagent, and temperature abnormality of the absorbance-temperature correlation reagent in the reaction vessel is checked according to the mode of time change of the converted temperature of the absorbance-temperature correlation reagent.
