PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply a lubricant to an expanding mechanism of an expander in starting an operation, in a refrigerating device comprising a compressor and the expander independently formed. SOLUTION: Oil supply passages 41, 45, 43 are formed to supply the lubricant from a compressor casing 24 receiving a compressing mechanism 21 performing a compressing process of a refrigerating cycle, to the expanding mechanism 31 generating power by expanding the inflowing refrigerant. Further an oil storage 45 for the expander to store the lubricant, and an oil supply pipe 43 for the expanding mechanism to supply the lubricant in the oil storage 45 for the expander to the expanding mechanism 31, are disposed in the oil supply passages 41, 45, 43.
