PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive adhesive capable of electrically connecting terminals with good conductivity regardless of the material constituting the terminals. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive adhesive 1 electrically connects between an external connection terminal 102 and a terminal part 113. The anisotropic conductive adhesive comprises an insulating adhesive material 2 and plural types of conductive particles 3 and 4 dispersed in the insulating adhesive material 2.
