PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce non-leveled land part and to prevent a large amount of water flow from flow into the under side of an input case in a land grading apparatus. SOLUTION: In the riding type rice transplanter equipped with a traveling machine body 1, a planting implement 3 to be connected to the rear part of the traveling machine body 1 and the land grading apparatus 13 for grading a field surface ahead of the planting implement 3, the land grading apparatus 13 is equipped with the input case 15 for inputting land grading power and a plurality of land grading rotors 17A-17D that are installed side by side at both sides of right and left of the input case 15 and rotated by power outputted from the input case 15, among the land grading rotors 17A-17D, the land grading rotor 17A adjacent to both sides of right and left of the input case 15 is composed of a truncated cone shaped rotor having a turning radius diminishing toward the outside, the grounding part of the truncated cone shaped rotor is made in parallel with the field surface by tilting the rotation center of the truncated cone shaped rotor and the inside of the grounding part of the truncated cone shaped rotor is entered into the under side of the input case 15.
