An automatic discretion decision system is provided to automatically decide on an optimal person for discretion, thereby reducing an error caused by manual inputting in a financial institution. An information registration unit confirms at least one piece of discretion-obtaining person information and discretion history information of each person having discretion, and stores the confirmed discretion history information in a storage medium(120). An information searching unit searches more than one piece of the discretion-obtaining person information by referring to discretion decision policy information. A discretion deciding unit automatically decides discretion-obtaining person information having many items matched with loan application information as a discretion-obtaining person. An information storage unit(115) stores the decided information in the storage medium. |
