<p>Provided are: a photosensitive lithographic printing plate excellent in printing durability and reduced in scumming in nonimage areas; and a method of printing with the photosensitive lithographic printing plate. The photosensitive lithographic printing plate is characterized by being obtained by subjecting a photosensitive lithographic printing plate material comprising a substrate and, formed thereon, a photosensitive layer comprising a spectral sensitizer, a polymerization initiator, a polymerizable monomer, and a polymeric binder to image exposure and subsequently treating the material with an aqueous solution which contains a water-soluble resin, a surfactant, and a compound represented by the following general formula (1) and has a pH of 3.0-9.0.</p> |
