A waterproof sheet fixing member, and a water tub using the waterproof sheet fixing member are provided to allow a waterproof sheet to be combined to the wall without the damage of wall. A water tub comprises a wall(10) having an inlet and an outlet; a waterproof sheet(20) which is installed at the wall; a fixing member(30) which is arranged at the certain position between the waterproof sheet and the wall to fix the waterproof sheet to the wall; and a body(31) of plate which has at least one combination projection(32) formed at the back side of the body and a hooking part projected from the end part of the combination projection.
