<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof ceiling structure which can prevent a collision with a surrounding wall surface by controlling displacement of a ceiling at the time of an earthquake easily and securely. <P>SOLUTION: The earthquake-proof ceiling structure has a cradling receptacle 12, a cradling 14, and a ceiling material 16 attached to the cradling 14. The cradling receptacle 12 is suspended and retained from a ceiling slab 28 through the medium of a hanging bolt, and the cradling 14 is attached to the cradling receptacle 12. A fixation plate 20 is attached to the lower end of a strut 18 hung from the ceiling slab 28 through the medium of a height-level adjustment means 52. Then a ceiling seismic response control device 24 is interposed between the fixation plate 20 and the ceiling material 16, and it is used for absorbing displacement of the ceiling material 16 at the time of an earthquake. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
