<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer sheet package capable of obtaining an image with consistent concentration expression and image glossiness by heat transfer from a heat transfer sheet even after being stored for a long time, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat transfer sheet package is composed of a heat transfer sheet A and a packaging material for storing the same. The heat transfer sheet A has color material layers Y, M and C of each color which are successively formed on the surface of a base material 1, and an image protective layer 5. Further, the average value of the amount of a remaining solvent per unit area of the color material layers Y, M and C of each color and the image protective layer 5 is adjusted to be ≤12.5 mg/m<SP>2</SP>.
