PREPAID SYSTEM, PREPAID CHARGE DEVICE, USER DATABASE, AND PREPAID METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepaid system or the like able to reduce inconvenience caused by issuing and using a large number of prepaid cards.

SOLUTION: A prepaid deposit management means in this system confirms that a user can purchase a ticket kind in response to an issuance request of a prepaid number from a communication terminal, thereafter requests delivery of the prepaid number from a prepaid number management server, and transmits the prepaid number returned therefrom to the communication terminal. The system has a user database storing prepaid counts and an identification number of the communication terminal. Thereby, the user can use all or a part of the prepaid counts. The user database in the system also stores a payment method of a communication charge of the communication terminal. Accordingly, not only a general communication terminal later paid with the communication charge but also a prepaid-dedicated cellphone paid with it in advance can be set as a service target of the system.
