PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailer type business form which can be used in fixing operation even in the case of using a functionalized PDMS oil.

SOLUTION: The mailer type business form includes a mailer form, and a plurality of patterns of a press-sealing cohesive agent distributed on the mailer form to cohesively seal the mailer form that the press-sealing cohesive agent includes a silane accelerator mixed with at least one type pressure-sensitive compound.
