PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus capable of canceling uneasiness by preventing high frequency noise (frequency-inverted sub audio signal), being harsh on the ears, from being heard from a speaker even when simultaneously using frequency inversion scramble and a sub audio signal. SOLUTION: A cutoff frequency switching means is provided for switching a cutoff frequency of a low-pass filter to be used for an inversion descrambler 135 that returns a frequency-inverted audio signal to be original at a receiving side. The cutoff frequency switching means switches the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter so as to pass all bands of the audio signal returned to be original or so as to cut part of all the bands wherein a frequency-inverted sub audio signal overlaps.
