PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device and a disk device in which silent operation can be achieved with simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A clamp device 80 is constituted of a rotary drive means 23 and a clamper 25. The rotary drive means 23 is provided with a turntable 24 and a motor 26. The turntable 24 is almost disk type and has an insertion part 241 and a placing part 242. In the insertion part 241, a magnet 27 is buried at an tip part. The clamper 25 of almost disk type is provided with a main body part 28 made of a synthetic resin and a magnetic object 29 such as a metal plate generating magnetic force between with the magnet 27. The main body part 28 holds integrally the magnetic object 29. A placing plane 286A of the main body part 28 is formed in parallel to a plane direction of the magnet 27 and the magnetic object 29.
