PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a clock phase-synchronized with a clock generated from a reproducing RF signal using a wobble signal without enlarging a circuit. SOLUTION: An RF signal for obtaining reproduced data by using a reflected light of an optical beam, and original data is obtained from the RF signal. A clock phase-synchronized with the reproducing RF signal is generated to detect data by using the clock. Thus, the data is detected by use this clock, so that address information is obtained before reproduced data is detected without using a PLL circuit for generating a clock using the reproducing RF signal.
