PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyte pretreatment apparatus capable of securing the safety of an operator and reducing the risk of contamination by easily, surely and inexpensively sealing an injection port of a micro inspection chip after injecting a pretreated analyte. SOLUTION: The analyte pretreatment apparatus includes a sealing mechanism for sealing the injection port of the micro inspection chip into which the pretreated analyte is injected, with a sealing member. The injection port of the micro inspection chip after injecting the pretreated analyte can thereby be easily, surely and inexpensively sealed to secure the safety of the operator and to reduce the risk of contamination.
