PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a risk of a bicycle travel with an umbrella on hand and of mowing or fishing while holding the sunshade on hand. SOLUTION: An opening 1 for inserting an umbrella is made hollow, a tightening ring 2 is provided for fixing the umbrella and a vertical adjuster 3 for the umbrella is provided for adjusting the height of the umbrella, so that the umbrella is tightened and fixed. A height adjuster 4 is provided for adjusting the height of the stature, and a front/rear adjuster 5 is provided for adjusting the front and rear position of the umbrella. In addition, a back hitting preventing curvature is provided for the purpose of preventing the device from hitting the back even when the user stoops. Furthermore, as an injury prevention means when the user falls down, a protective curvature is provided and, for unifying the device with the body, there are installed a shoulder band 6, belly band 7 and a chest band 8.
