PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a fixing bolt for fixing a fixing shaft to be hardly loosened in the bail arm of a spinning reel. SOLUTION: The bail arm is mounted to a rotor having a first rotor arm and a second rotor arm arranged by facing to the first rotor arm and is a mechanism for guiding the fishing line to a spool and comprises a first bail support member 40, a fixing shaft 43, a guide roller 41, a fixing shaft cover 44, a fixing bolt 46, and an anti-rotation member 47. The first bail support member is mounted to the first rotor arm to be freely swingable. The fixing shaft is fixed to the first bail support member. The fixing bolt has a non-circular head portion 46a and fixes the fixing shaft to the first bail support member. The anti-rotation member is detachably mounted to the first bail support member and makes contact with the outer peripheral surface of the non-circular head portion to prevent rotation of the fixing bolt.
