PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hub shaft capable of easily achieving the surface shape accuracy of a flange part, and an axle bearing device using the same, and a wheel fitting structure. SOLUTION: The hub shaft 2 comprises a flange part 3 with a disk brake rotor 20 being fitted thereto, and a cylindrical part 5 provided on the inner side of the flange part 3.
