METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MESSAGE DELIVERY IN MESSAGING NETWORKS

A method and system for message delivery in messaging networks is provided. The system provides a replicated queue (451) for messages which are identifiable by an application before being consumed. The replicated queue (451) being defined on a plurality of message managing systems (411-413), wherein a message is sent to each of a plurality of replicated queues (451) to be accessible via any one of the plurality of message managing systems (411-413). The method includes creating a message including a unique identifier, and putting the message to each of a plurality of replicated queues (451) with the message identifiable by the unique identifier information prior to reading the message.
