A method of data synchronization comprises the following steps: receiving message including data synchronization parameters; analyzing the message and obtaining the data synchronization parameters; according to data filter rule carried in the data synchronization parameters, synchronizing the received data modification information. Application of the method provided by the present invention, the client can achieve the data synchronization with synchronizing side according to the received data synchronization parameters. Correspondingly, an apparatus and system of data synchronization are also disclosed.
