a scintillator which converts an X-ray image into an optical image; an X-ray imaging device (10) which has an imaging element for detecting the optical image generated by the scintillator and acquiring an X-ray observation image; a first subtractor (25) which performs a subtraction process between the first X-ray observation image containing a first noise image component and a second X-ray observation image containing a second noise image component so as to generate a noise image; a threshold value processing circuit (26) which performs a threshold value process on the noise image and extracts a first noise image component; and a second subtractor (27) which subtracts the extracted first noise image component from the first X-ray observation image so as to generate a noise removal image. This realizes an X-ray imaging method and an X-ray imaging system capable of appropriately obtaining an X-ray observation image in the state where the affect of the noise image component is reduced.
