<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately read a file that a user desires to read. <P>SOLUTION: A display device having a display unit 41 which displays folders and job files in the same layer has a control unit 54 that allows the display unit 41 to display the folders and job files such that when the number of the folders is not larger than a predetermined number, the folders and files are displayed without being sorted and when the number of the folders is larger than the predetermined number, the folders and files are sorted and displayed in a folder display area 22 wherein the folders are displayed, page by page, and a file display area 23 wherein the files are displayed, pages being turned over in the folder display area 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
