<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module using a dye-sensitized solar cell, or a photovoltaic power generator using a dye-sensitized solar cell, which prevents a voltage inversion phenomenon of a cell constituting an array and generates power. <P>SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generator 1 includes: a power calculation part 18 that calculates output power from the output voltage and the output electric current of a solar cell module or array using a dye-sensitized solar cell 10; a control indicating value change part 15 that changes a control indicating value that controls the operating point of the solar cell module or array using the dye-sensitized solar cell 10 at a predetermined period; and a control part 13 which issues an instruction to change the control indicating value for the control indicating value change part 15 based on the result of comparison between the output power in the control indicating value before the change and the output power in the control indicating value after the change to perform maximum power follow-up control and at the same time, which issues an instruction to change so that the output voltage in the control indicating value after the change is not less than a lower limit value set in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
