<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding and reflecting tape which is thin but which has an excellent light shielding and reflecting properties and in which the decline of visibility caused by the running off of an adhesive tape under a high temperature hardly occurs even if the tape is attached between an LCD panel and a backlight case. <P>SOLUTION: The light shielding and reflecting tape has a supporting body having a light-reflecting layer and a light-shielding layer, an adhesive layer that is provided at least on one side of the supporting body, and a layer having a light reflecting layer composed of a biaxially stretched white resin film. In the biaxially stretched white resin film, the local maximum of the loss tangent in a dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum measurement at the frequency of 0.1 Hz exists in the range of 105 to 150°C, the thickness is 6 to 30 μm, the loss tangent of 85°C of the dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum at the frequency of 1 Hz of the adhesive layer is 0.1 to 0.35, and its total thickness is 20 to 100 μm. The light shielding and reflecting tape can prevent the deformation of the adhesive tape under a high temperature, especially the shrinkage of the adhesive tape in which the running off to the image display region tends to occur. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
