PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating/cooling system of excellent workability with a small heat loss in carrying out heating/cooling. SOLUTION: The floor heating/cooling system includes a heat pump 2; a water pipe 31 delivering liquid stored with heat by a heat pump 2; a heat exchanger 4 exchanging heat between gas and the liquid supplied from the water pipe 31; a blowing duct 51 conveying gas heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger 4; and an underfloor venting layer 6 which is a gas passage space formed on the floor lower face side and is provided with an inflow port 61 for supplying gas.
