PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the working time in a process of molding seat pads only by setting a sheet cover on a mold to complete the preparation for expansion molding. SOLUTION: A seat molding method comprises transferring the seat cover which have gone through various inspections at the inspection step to the seat pad molding step, setting the seat cover on the mold and expansion-molding seat pads on the inside of the seat cover placed in the mold while evacuating the inside of the mold. At the inspection step of the seat cover 30, the seat cover is set on an inspection frame 10 with a set frame 12 and the shape and the sealability are inspected when evacuating.
