PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body of a polyimide film and a metal foil, which can retain peel strength even under severe environment of high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: This laminated body is obtained by laminating a metal foil on a surface structure-modified polyimide film which is a film modified of its surface structure by ion-beam treating a film mainly composed of a polyimide obtained by reacting an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid with an aromatic diamine, where the surface area ratio of the film is 1.2-2.8.
