PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article chute for a vending machine that can smoothly guide and reliably deliver articles dispensed down from a plurality of openings to an article outlet while ensuring the storage of more articles in a vending machine. SOLUTION: The article chute 14 for a vending machine, which delivers articles dispensed from a plurality of openings 26a and 35a opening down to an article outlet 9 positioned below the plurality of openings 26a and 35a and opening forward, has a guide surface 40 positioned under the plurality of openings 26a and 35a to slidingly guide articles dispensed down from the plurality of openings 26a and 35a to the article outlet 9.
