PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor properly deciding a packing state of a money bar packed by a transparent resin film. SOLUTION: This coin processor has a packing state decision means 100 deciding whether the packing state of the money bar B created by a packing means is normal or not. The packing state decision means 100 has: a positioning means 102 positioning one end part of the money bar B; end part facing members 105a-105d moving in an axis orthogonal direction of the money bar B to face close to the other end part of the money bar B wherein one end part is positioned by the positioning means 102; facing member position detection means 110a-110d detecting whether or not the end part facing members 105a-105d are present in positions facing close to the other end part of the money bar B; and a decision means deciding whether or not the packing state of the money bar is normal based on detection results of the facing member position detection means 110a-110d.
