PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a stopper in an electromagnetic suspension unit. SOLUTION: When force is added in such a direction as to enlarge distance between a spring lower part and a spring upper part, downward force is added to a screw shaft 54, a nut member 52 is rotated, and the screw shaft 54 is moved downward. As a lower retainer 172 is applied to an upper surface of the nut member 52, the lower retainer 172 is relatively moved upward, a coil spring 174 is contracted, and the impact is absorbed. In addition, the lower retainer 172 is pressed to the nut member 52 by elasticity of the coil spring 174, and the lower retainer 172 is integrally rotated with the nut member 52. While the coil spring 174 is thus twisted, element wires 180 are wound and tightened, and thereby enlargement of outer diameter is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
