PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a compressor as compared with a conventional compressor driving a moving scroll by a crank shaft. SOLUTION: In the compressor wherein the moving scroll 40 eccentrically rotates to a fixed scroll 50 and changes the capacity of a fluid chamber C to compress fluid, a rotating element 70, and a first ring motor 80 rotation-driving the rotating element 70 about a first axis. On the rotating element 70, a second ring motor 90 rotation-driving the moving scroll 40 in an opposite direction to the rotating direction of the rotating element 70 and at the same angle speed is provided about a second axis eccentric from the first axis.
