A LED lamp head includes a connection base (1) for connecting to the stationary for the street lamp, a total bracket (2) connecting to the connection base (1), and a plurality of lamp assemblies. The lamp assembly includes a heat-dissipating frame (4), and a LED assembly composed of a plurality of LED light sources (3) and arranged on the heat-dissipating frame (4). The lamp assembly is detachably connected to the total bracket (2). A street lamp includes the LED lamp head. The LED lamp head is convenient for the mounting and the exchanging of the lamp assemblies. The heat-dissipating problem is solved better. And the number or power of the LED light source can be adjusted freely.
