<p>A method and an apparatus for controlling the user equipment to release upward resource are provided. The method mainly comprises: the base station equipment transmits the indication information for controlling the UE to release the upward resource to the UE, the indication information is used to control the UE to release the used upward resource. The base station equipment can determine whether it is desired for controlling the UE to release its upward resource based on the information of the data amount required to be transmitted which is reported by the UE, if so, then transmits the indication information for controlling the UE to releasethe upward resource to the UE; or alternatively, the base station equipment determines whether it is desired for controlling the UE to release the upward resource based on the usage condition of the upward resource, if so, then transmits the indication information for controlling the UE to release the upward resource to the UE. By the application of the invention, when the data amount required to be transmitted by the UE is little, the UE can be indicated to release the upward resource quickly and reliably.</p> |
