This object aims to provide an organic nanotube manufacturing method and an organic nanotube manufacturing device that pressurize an organic nanotube material dispersion solution comprised of an organic nanotube material and an organic solvent and make the pressurized organic nanotube material dispersion solution pass through a fine orifice, thereby making it possible to continuously manufacture an organic nanotube. An organic nanotube manufacturing device is provided with a tank that receives an organic nanotube material dispersion solution comprised of an organic nanotube material and an organic solvent, a pump that highly pressurizes the organic nanotube material dispersion solution and pressure-feeds the same from the tank, a cylindrical casing that makes the organic nanotube material dispersion solution pressure-fed by the pump continuously flow, an orifice set in the cylindrical casing, an organic nanotube precipitation tube connected with an outlet of the cylindrical casing, and a drying means set subsequent to the organic nanotube precipitation tube.
